Document Description
The Rancho Del Campo Water Pollution Treatment Facility is a secondary treatment plant consisting of a treatment facility, percolation beds, and groundwater monitoring system. The existing facility will be rehabilitated to improve the secondary treatment process. A new groundwater monitoring well will be installed downstream from the existing percolation beds to monitor effluent and ensure discharge requirements are met. The project includes demolition of an existing garage which is a component of the Camp Lockett Historic District. The garage will be replaced with a manufactured building to be used as a water pollution testing laboratory. A Historic Architectural Building Survey (HABS) has been conducted to document the structure elements and design of the building prior to its demolition.
