Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2010-0053-R5) to the project applicant, City of San Diego, Engineering and Capital Projects. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to conduct earthwork to stabilize canyon slopes, repair and restore the severely incised drainage channel, construct a storm drain system to restore the hydraulics in the restore channel to pre-development conditions, construct a detention basin to improve water quality and to attenuate peak flood events to the extent possible, and restore degraded sensitive upland vegetation in the project footprint.
