Demolition of the single-story portion of a vacant 3-story, ~ 39,709 sf commercial structure, and a change of use to an ~42,212 sf commercial shopping center consisting of a grocery market, restaurant and retail shops, having 172 parking spaces. As proposed, the project will require the granting of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale of beer and wine for on-site consumption in conjunction with a proposed 2,475 sf restaurant with hours of operation from 10am to 12am daily, and to allow the sale of a full line of alcohol for off-site consumption in conjunction with a proposed 19,645 sf grocery market with hours of operation from 7am - 12am daily.
