NOTE: Review Per Lead The California Army National Guard (CAARNG) has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) to address the potential environmental impacts associated with the construction of a new Combined Arms Collective Training Facility (CACTF) at Camp Roberts. This facility would be used to train California Army National Guard (CAARNG) units in tactics and techniques required for combined arms operations under simulated urban combat conditions, and for troops to acquire and maintain proficiencies required in Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT)..
