Document Description
The Project consists of WCP upgrades, recycled water conveyance system, and water exchange agreement with the Tulare Irrigation District (TID). The plant upgrades will consist of converting the existing WCP to a water reclamation plant and upgrades to the plant's solid processing facilities. The recycled water conveyance system will consist of the installation of pipeline alignments for the disposal and reuse of treated effluent from the WCP. The conveyance system will deliver tertiary-treated effluent from the WCP to regional users and basins. The exchange agreement with TID consists of providing recycled water in exchange for surface water.
