Document Description
Request by BSR Partnership and Verizon Wireless for a Development Plan/CDP to allow for the construction and operation of an unmanned wireless communications facility consisting of six (6) panel antennas mounted at a height of 64 feet above grade and three (3) panel antennas mounted at a heigh of 57 feet above grade on a new 75 foot tall faux pine tree (monopine), ground-mounted equipment cabinets within a new 960-sf multi-carrier equipment shelter, a 210 gallon diesel generator within 250-sf fenced enclosure, and associated utility trenching. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 3,000sf on a 17.5-acre parcel in the Recreation land use category.
