Amendment to the Airport North Specific Plan to add “Automobile Centers and Supporting Uses” such as cafes, car washes, vehicle service centers, and EV chargers to the allowed uses. The proposed changes are being considered to accommodate a proposed future development that would include two Automobile Dealerships and an industrial business park. The Specific Plan area is 337 acres located south of the U.S. Highway 101/Ventura Freeway, west of Los Posas Drive, north of the Camarillo Airport, and extends 1,400 feet west of the Central Avenue freeway interchange.
