Note: Preliminary Final Subsequent EIR The site is currently approved for up to 700,000 sf of industrial and/or office uses. The proposed project involves a General Plan Amendment to change 26 acres of the site from Industrial (Research & Development) to Commercial. The remainder of the site would continue to be designated as Industrial, Under a maximum development scenario, up to 268,500 sf of commercial space and 198,767 sf of industrial/office could be developed. No actual buildings are proposed at this time.
