Document Description
Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) provides sewage collection and treatment services to an area covering approximately 560 square miles which includes the City of Murrieta. EMWD is committed to providing safe, reliable, and cost effective collection and treatment of wastewater. To relieve existing capacity deficiencies and provide flexibility and reliability within existing sewer systems in the City of Murrieta, an increased capacity pipeline to connect one sewer system to another is required.
