Document Description
AUSD plans to acquire the above-described site for future development of a new elementary school. For planning purposes, AUSD assumes the school will support a Master Plan Capacity of up to 800 K-6 students at build out. It should be emphasized that the environmental impacts discussed in this analysis are specific to land acquisition and provided by AUSD as a condition for taking title to the Site. A subsequent CEQA analysis would consider the environmental impacts of school construction and operation, once a project is designed.
