Present land uses include: medium to high density residential development; commercial uses including hote/motels, retail, restaurants, office and service businesses; combination linear park/parking facility; channel and beach. With the exception of four parcels, all of the land designated for residential or commercial land use is fully developed.

Document Description
The project includes a proposal by the City of Huntington Beach to annex the unincorporated community of Sunset Beach and adopt general plan, zoning and local coastal program designations for the area.
