NOTES: Review Per Lead The project proposes to subdivide 1.72 acres into seven (7) parcels for single-family residential development. The proposed lots would be a minimum 6,000 sf as dictated by the County Zoning Ordinance. The subdivision would gain access via Washington Street (proposed to be widened on site) and Canton Drive. The project proposes annexation into the Helix Water District and detachment from Otay Water District. The project borders Lemon Grove and is within the San Miguel Fire District and the Spring Valley Sanitation District. Proposed earthwork is 4400 cubic yards with a net import of 3900 cubic yards.
