Document Description
The annexation of land, as required by LAFCO (island annexation), of 145.05 acres into the City limits in the southwestern part of the City of Barstow, and comprises a portion of the unincorporated community of Lenwood. The projects is located within the City of Barstow's Sphere of Influence and is generally located west of and adjacent to Lenwood Road extending approximately 1/2 mile to the west, south of the north line of the BNSF Railway, and north of Sweeten Lane. Fifty-three parcels are involved in this annexation. They are identified in the Initial Study.
