Document Description
The Project includes the construction of three fixed-panel array solar generation facilities and three substations totaling approximately 480 acres in area, in Tulare County, California. Each solar generation facility would generate 20 MW of electricity and include the construction of transformers and electrical panels on twenty 20x40 foot concrete pads, and would include low-impacts lighting and fencing installation for safety purposes. The project would also include the cancellation of 640 acres of land under Williamson Act Contract.
