Document Description
The project entails construction and operation of a student housing community on ~21 acres of University-owned property in the northeastern portion of the UC Riverside campus. The housing community includes 5 residential buildings (810 student beds in 232 apartment-style units), a food emporium, a resident services office, a community building, and an executive retreat center. Associated improvements also include a parking structure for residents, circulation improvements, indoor and outdoor commons facilities, and restoration of a 0.4 mile stretch of an arroyo that flows along the site's northern boundary.
