The Project consists of the modification of existing monitoring wells to serve as groundwater extraction wells, installation of an additional monitoring well, and construction of conveyance pipelines and a treatment plant associated with implementation of the remedy. The treated groundwater would be discharged into the Eaton Wash via a new underground pipeline extending from the treatment plant site.
