Central project elements are to remediate the area of a 2005 landslide, to create two residential lots for future sale, to reconstruct to full standards a local residential collector road that was buried by the landslide, and to reconstruct an existing bridle trail and create a new bridle trail. Project implementation will require a lot line adjustment, a zone change, road and trail modifications, a lot subdivision, slope remediation procedures, and numerous discretionary actions and approvals.
