The project is a minor residential subdivision to subdivide 11.36 acres into four residential lots and a remainder parcel. The project also includes a General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Agricultural Preserve Disestablishment to change the (20) General Agricultural Land Use Designation to (17) Estate Residential. The project also proposes to change the density from 0.1 to 0.5 dwelling units per acre and change the minimum lot size to two acres. The project includes two parcels and only the northerly parcel is proposed to be subdivided. The project is located at 2774 Los Alisos Road within the Fallbrook Community Planning Area within the unincorporated area of San Diego County.
