The subject property consists of a parcel of land, encompassing approximately 40.00 acres more or less, commonly referred to as the "Boys Club of Palm Springs" property and Assessor's Parcel Number: 513-320-012-9. The parcel is within the exterior boundaries of the Agua Caliente Reservation, but is not contiguous to trust lands.
Currently, there is no specific land use at this time. The property consists of mountainous, undeveloped sloping rocky terrain, in a generally inaccessible area within the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument. There is no planned change in land use.
