Document Description
Project consists of the sale and transfer of 578 sq. ft. of restored Class 1, 2, 3 restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a receiving parcel on which a minor accessory to existing facilities (two off-street parking spaces and garage) will be constructed. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in class 1, 2, or 3 areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
