Document Description
In-place shear testing on in situ bricks within the south, west and north walls of the Cota-Knox Building will be conducted. Project requires removal of two bricks and the head mortar of the adjacent brick to allow insertion of a small hydraulic ram to conduct the testing. Any bricks removed will be returned, replaced using in-kind bricks and mortar. Work is undertaken to inform design of a future seismic retrofit and stabilization project.
