Document Description
Application 31448 was filed on September 16, 2003. The Applicant seeks a permit to stoe 18 acre-feet per annum for irrigation, recreational, domestic and fire protection uses from the North Fork of Lockwood Creek. All project facilities were in place in 1979.
The application was noticed on September 17, 2004. Mr. Doug Peters filed a protest based on environmental and aesthetic concerns. This protest has been dismissed with the understanding that the project site will continue to be used as an outdoor educational facility for the Boy Scouts who attend the camp.
