Section: 15304 Project consists of repair, maintenance, and minor alteration of existing facilities and topographic features; replacement of existing facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced; the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; and minor public alterations in the condition of land, water, and vegetation that do not involve the removal of handicap purposes,"trail or road repairs," "installation of park facilities such as fencing and signs," "trail construction or realignment" and "trail removal" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR section 15300.4.
