Document Description
The Crestline-Lake Arrowhead Water Agency (CLAWA) and San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency (SGPWA) are State Water Project (SWP) contractors. The proposed project is a water management operation using only existing facilities for the exchange of water from one SWP Contractor to another SWP Contractor, the limited term transfer will not support new development or a change in land use, and the transfer is wholly within the SWP place of use. CLAWA will deliver up to 1,000 AF of its 2010 Table A to SGPWA and SGPWA will return like amount to CLAWA no later than the end of 2020.
