Document Description
This site was operated as a disposal site servicing the small, rural town of Creston from 1957 through 1969. Site operations were periodic in nature and were conducted by San Luis Obispon County road crews. The site appears to have been primarily a trench and cover disposal operation, handling residential trash/garbage and ope to the general public. The proposed project will remove surface debris, place a 2 foot thich soil cap over the disposal site, and grade the site to promote proper drainage.
