Document Description
The RAW focuses on 1) excavation and disposal of 3,845.9 cubic yards or approximately 150 truckloads of soils impacted with metal (specifically antimony, arsenic, cadmium, and lead), dieldrin, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), semi-volatile organic compound (SVOCs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs); and 2) installation of engineering controls and implementation of a land use covenant (LUC) to mitigate soils impacted with excessive levels of tetrachloroethene (PCE) on site. The cleanup goals in the RAW were developed to ensure residents using the park are protected from exposure to COCs that may remain after the remedial action.
