Document Description
The project is limited to rehabilitation of the reservoir spillway channel. The work includes: repair of concrete spillway aprons; excavation and re-contouring of channel banks to a slope of 1.5 to 1; construction of at least 10 rock-drop grade control structures; excavation of a primary channel along a 470 foot section to eliminate significant braiding of the channel in that area including removal of accumulated vegetation and debris; reconstruction of a concrete ford across the channel, and construction of two earthen berms above the 100 year flow contour within the area that is currently a braided channel complex.
