Reasons for Exemption
There will be no adverse effect on the environment as a result of the proposed project activities because of the limited and directed activities to remove non-native species. Failure to perform this project will have the adverse effect of displacing native vegetation and degrading animal habitat by allowing the spread of noxious weeds which are poisonous or fail to serve as a food source for wildlife.
