Document Description
Exchange of two environmentally sensitive lands between the California Tahoe Conservancy and a private party. The Conservancy will transfer .22 acres of land located in Meeks Bay in return for the receipt of 1.55 acres of land located along the Upper Truckee River near Meyers. At the Conservancy's request, the private party is demolishing a single family residence on the 1.55 acre parcel prior to transfer to the Conservancy.
