This project will provide emergency repair to the Azusa Conduit located in Garcia Canyon to restore water flow to the Azusa Hydro Power Plant for electric power generation and deliver water to the various owners of water rights collectively known as Committee of Nine. There is no expansion of capacity, only repairs to restore water flow.
