Document Description
The project is an administrative decision made by DTSC based on soil matrix and soil vapor data collected between 1993 and 2003, and Human Health Risk Assessments conducted in 1994 and 2008 concluding that levels of hazardous constituents remaining in site soils are safe for the intended future land use as a parking lot. No buildings will be constructed as part of the parking lot land use.
