Document Description
The Ramona West End Fuel Break II will stretch for about .75 to 1 miles long, tying into an existing fuel break making the two continuous. It will
protect the Ramona West End community from a wind driven wildfire. The Ramona West End community is dotted with homes throughout the chaparral ecosystem. Even though the majority of the homes have proper vegetation clearance, the homeowners and CAL FIRE are concerned about the heavy fuel loading surrounding the community.
