Document Description
The Historic Downtown Riverwalk project comprises a 1.73 miles of bicycle and pedestrian walkway improvements / rehabilitation along the existing flood control channel from Potter Street to Riverside Drive (State Route 74). The project consists mostly of compacting native soils, and building a pavement structural section. The project area will consists of removing 6" of the existing unimproved flood control access road and place a new AC roadway wearing course.
