Document Description
This project will restore and stabilize sand sheets with vegetation in two seperate areas. Bare sand sheets will be re-vegetated using "certified weed free" wheat straw dispersed with a straw blower and punched into the sand with either a sheep foot pulled by a CAT or hand punched (100lbs/acre). Native seed, QuickGuard (sterile wheat @ 100lbs/acre), and granular 15.15.15 fertilizer (100/acre) will be dispersed with a broadcast seeder or broadcast by hand over the entire project area.
