Document Description
HVAC system operational improvements - Convert air-handlers to VAV - Install discharge air regulation system to dynamically control VFDs - Retrofit one of the existing chillers with TurboCor technology and modulate the chiller with a VFD to meet variable HVAC loads. The project will provide energy efficient upgrades. The contractor will follow any hazardous meterial waste handling with respect to appropriate local, state, and federal rules/regulations.
