Document Description
Finalize the construction of a pond and adjacent landscaping within an unnamed ephemeral tributary to the Kern River. Removal and clean-up of sediment deposited downstream of the pond during the heavy rainfall events. Temporary erosion control measures including straw, coconut matting, jute, and straw wattles will be implemented. Develop and implement a Sedimentation Removal and Stream Restoration Plan. Sediment removal from within the stream limits will be by crews utilizing hand tools.
