The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is a responsible agency for this project. The North Edwards Water District proposes to conduct a feasibility study to conduct an arsenic treatment pilot study, prepare final plans, specifications, and environmental document so the project will be ready for construction. The project is only for the study and design in order to bring the water quality to current drinking water standards for North Edwards Water District, Fountain Trailer Park, and Dunes Apartments.
