Intent to Prepare an EA
250 MW commercial solar energy generation facility. The proposed project would use modular line-focus parabolic through solar collector assemblies. The facility would generate a combined net nominal electrical input of 250 MW from twin, independently operable solar fields, each feeding a 125 MW power island. The proposed project would also include transmission alignment telecom upgrades across BLM management land.
