Document Description
NOTES: Review per Lead The City of Folsom proposes to extend the Folsom Lake Trail between the terminus of an existing trail behind the Dan Russell Rodeo Arena and the intersection of Folsom Prison Road and Hancock Drive with Natoma Street. The proposed trail extension is 7,800 feet (1.48 miles) long; 6,800 feet of the alignment is located along a proposed 25-foot wide easement that the City proposes to acquire from the Department of Corrections, while the remaining 1,000 feet is on land owned by the City. When complete, the trail would be a Class 1, 12-feet wide, asphalt-paved trail with two-foot-wide shoulders. A 200-foot long bridge will span a ravine at a point approximately 600 feet northeast of the Dan Russell arena.
