The RTP considers all modes of travel, including autos, trucks, bicycles, pedestrian (walking), aviation, buses (public transportation), and the related facilities needed for an effective transportation system, The Plan assesses current transportation issues, identifies needs and challenges, and suggests action to address these problems and improve the transportation system throughout the region.
