Document Description
NOTE: Review per lead The Ceres Unified School District (CUSD) is proposing to construct a new elementary school campus on an approximately 14-acre parcel that is located in the County of Stanislaus. The proposed elementary school would be designated to accommodate 876 students, employ approximately 38 faculty and staff, and would include approximately 39 classrooms in eight separate buildings, as well as one multi-purpose building and one administration building. One of the buildings is designated for Kindergarten with a separate playground area. In addition to the buildings, there will be a dedicated bus lane area and a 99-stall parking lot with a parent drop-off lane. Access to the site would be from two driveways on Central Avenue. The parking and student loading/unloading facilities are planned at the southern end of the site, and the bus loop area is planned on the northerly portion of the site along, Central Avenue.
