The State Route 65 - Whitney Ranch Parkway Interchange, Interim Phase Project consists of constructing an approximately 2,330-foot long by 106-foot wide Whitney Ranch Parkway extension to connect with State Route 65, an approximately 1,590-foot long by 36-foot wide northbound off-ramp, an approximately 1,780-foot long northbound on-ramp, and an approximately 1,510-foot long by 28-feet wide southbound on-ramp.
