Document Description
The project proposal is to amend an adopted Policy Plan, Planned Development Master Plan, Disposition & Development Agreement, and a property exchange agreement and related actions to approve revised land uses and land use layouts within an approximately 96 acre mixed use development area located at the intersection of E. Monte Vista Avenue and Nut Tree Road. Potential alternative uses are identified for addition to the land use approvals including a recreational vehicles park use, solar power facility, and flex-office commercial uses. The project would amend an existing Policy Plan land use regulatory document, adopt a new conceptual site layout through a Planned Development, and would revise land exchange and sale agreements between the City's Redevelopment Agency and private developers.
