The proposed project entails the development of 1,650 dwelling units of various densities and type on approximately 300 acres. Housing units would include 1,178 single family residences, 192 townhomes/garden apartments, and 280 apartments. The project would incorporate a trail system throughout the site of over 12 miles that will eventually connect to City facilities. The proposed project also includes over 75 acres of linear parks. The proposed project requires a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Planned Development Adoption, Tentative Subdivision Map, Development Agreement, and Williamson Act Contract Cancellation.
