Document Description
The project proposes to update the City's existing General Plan elements and prepare a new GGRP that will implement the Draft General Plan. The overarching purpose of the updated plan is to provide a policy framework for improved mobility, complete streets, sustainable development, water quality and conservation and flood hazard management in the City of Citrus Heights and its planning area. The GGRP is an implementing action of the Draft General Plan, which will locally help meet statewide obligations to comply with Assembly Bill (AB) 32.
