Document Description
The applicant is proposing to relocate an existing 2,488 sf 2 story L-shaped single family residences to a point 5 ft from the front property line (to move it away from the eroding coastal bluff), install two water storage tanks and a wet draft hydrant, and construct a new driveway off of Cabrillo Highway to the 1.04 acre parcel located at 12901 Cabrillo Highway in the unincorporated Pescadero area of San Mateo County. The parcel is west of Cabrillo Highway and within the Planned Agricultural and Coastal Development Zoning Districts. The parcel is also within the Cabrillo Highway State Scenis Corridor. Surrounding land uses include the Pacific Ocean to the west, agricultural zoned parcels to the immediate north and south developed with single-family residences, and agricultural land to the east (across Cabrillo Highway).
