Document Description
The proposed trucking facility consists of a two-story, 21,243sf office/maintenance building; a 5,145sf equipment wash building, and a 10,000sf diesel fueling station. The proposed project would provide 24-hour local pick-up and delivery, as well as regional and long haul trucking services. The project would include a total of 487 parking spaces that would consist of 89 full-size parking spaces, 48 compact parking spaces, five disabled parking spaces and 345 truck parking spaces. In addition, the proposed project would include required landscaping on 2.80 acres of the project site with installation of an automatic water-conserving irrigation system and planting of trees, shrubs, and turf.
