Document Description

The project site is located north of Sperry Avenue and west of Park Center Drive. Full development as proposed would accommodate about 1.27 million sf of building floor area, 1,100 parking stalls, an interior roadway extending from Sperry Ave to the northern property boundary to be connected with a future road, and a 2.51 acre drainage basin.
