Tentative parcel map, development agreement, combined/preliminary/final development plan, General Plan amendment, and zoning change to create 7 parcels and convert an airport to industrial use in the West Patterson Business Park Master Development Plan area. The project site is located north of Sperry Avenue and west of Park Center Drive. Full development as proposed would accommodate about 1.27 million sf of building floor area, 1,100 parking stalls, an interior roadway extending from Sperry Ave to the northern property boundary to be connected with a future road, and a 2.51 acre drainage basin.
