The proposed project (143.1+- acres) consists of a major subdivision, use permit application, and Planned Development (PD) combining district application to develop the South Willows Residential Neighborhood, which consists of 448 single-family residential lots and 5 commonly owned parcels (Parcels A, B, C, D) for use as open space buffers and a neighborhood park. Range of residential lot sized from 6,000sf to 17,504sf clustered around useable open space and parkland and buffered from major transportation corridors (I-5, Tehama Street, and the Southern Pacific Railroad).
